Fine rare wristwatch by Munich watch manufacturer Huber. Inscribed NAUTICA. Built-in movement, SWISS made for the jeweller in Munich. Huber has remained true to the tradition of always having at least one of its own "Huber watches" in its programme over the years.

Year of manufacture of the watch circa 1935

Black original dial with luminous Arabic numerals in green.Bright luminous hands - hour hand has a droplet embellishment. Signed HUBER NAUTICA under the twelve. Subsidiary second hand at six o'clock. Above this it reads STOSSGESICHERT. (English: shock resistant) Very beautiful condition given its age.

Additional cover on the back.

Silver-coloured movement with Geneva stripes - likewise original condition - marked Stossgesichet Huber 15 Rubis Swiss Made in black. Chatons set in gold, gold gears. Unusually set ruby bearing stone. Monometallic balance with flat spring. Very fine movement.

The movement is in working order.

Back cover smooth on the outside - outside Acier Inoxydable 4089071 - inside Brevet (Swiss Cross) 155825

Watch size: width without crown 28 mm - with crown 30.7 mm Height 28 mm - with lugs 36 mm Weight: 40 g

Fine grey Buna strap made from the former imitation rubber material - width 16 mm. Overall length: 20.5 cm

The watch is in original condition.

Very interesting early collector's watch. In top condition for its age.
